This patient came to Dr. Horriat seeking a flatter, more contoured abdomen. Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, she struggled with excess skin and stubborn areas of fat that did not respond to diet or exercise. After discussing her goals and reviewing her anatomy during consultation, Dr. Horriat recommended a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to remove excess skin and tighten the abdominal area.
To further refine her silhouette and create a smoother transition through the waist and upper back, liposuction of the flanks and bra line was also performed.
